Rooms: One Double and One Twin bedroom.  Lounge with luxurious seating for 4, with wood burning multi-fuel stove.  Kitchen with table and seating for 4 people, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge and washer-dryer.  Spacious bathroom with bath, overhead electric shower and heated towel radiator.  Electric heating throughout.

Other Facilities:  TV, DVD player, Freesat and free broadband WiFi. Storage shed outside.  There is a beautiful view of the lake from the landing window and the bedrooms both look out across the gardens towards Place Fell.

Pets: One Pet welcome.

Outside: Patio garden with seating and storage shed. This is a wonderful quiet and secluded location for a really relaxing and peaceful holiday break.

Parking: Parking is now available for TWO cars.

The Local Area of Glenridding and Patterdale

Nearest Pubs:  The Beckside Bar in Glenridding and the White Lion in Patterdale are each about a 10 minute walk. Glenridding is also home to 2 hotels with pubs, The Travellers Rest pub, Fellbites restaurant and Fairlights Cafe.

Transport Links

By Road: About 30 minutes drive down the A592 from Junction 40 of the M6 (Penrith). About 40 minutes from Junction 36 (via Kendal and Windermere. Keswick about 20 minutes by car. When you leave Glenridding you will see the turning to Grisedale Bridge on the left hand side of the road when travelling south.

By Train: Nearest Stations at Penrith and Windermere

By Bus: Regular bus service to Glenridding from Penrith (all year) and Windermere (summer only).
